Snow Day!!!!! Yippee!

For a teacher in the mid-west during the winter, the unexpected snow day is just the BEST!  I had one of these days last Friday...Matt didn't though (and yes, this is a sore subject *wink*).  My day went a little like this: breakfast and playtime with Jude, 3 loads of laundry, house clean, and that was all before noon!  So yes, even though I don't like despise being cold, I am all about snow days.  Jude is all about outside.  It doesn't matter if it is 20 degrees or 90 degrees he will stay outside until we drag him in kicking and screaming.  It's actually been really neat seeing him run through the snow this year.  The lack of snow in Ohio last year was a little bit of a let down.  Here are a few snow day pictures of a walk through our neighborhood.

NOTE: We will be out of town for the next few days.  It's Matt's birthday weekend so we wanted to celebrate with a family getaway.  We will be back next week!
